Why sales are final on a digital download, what is still our problem to fix, and how to be sure before you buy.

Every product here is a digital download. The whole thing is delivered the moment payment clears, so there is nothing to return and no partial delivery to unwind. For that reason sales are final.

That puts the weight on deciding well before you buy, which is why every product page carries a Reality Check naming the hidden cost, the thing to know before starting, and who the guide is a poor fit for. It is the section that costs us sales, and it is there so that you do not buy the wrong thing. If you are not sure which business suits you, the Compass will tell you in eight questions, and it will tell you when the answer is none of them.

If you have a question a product page does not answer — what is actually inside, whether it covers your state, whether it assumes experience you do not have — ask before you buy rather than after. Email Bkingkade01@aol.com and you will get a straight answer, including "this one is not for you" when that is the honest one.

If a file will not open

That is a delivery problem, not a refund request, and it gets fixed. Email Bkingkade01@aol.com from the address you bought with, say which product and what happened, and you will get a working file back. Include the Gumroad receipt if you have it to hand — it makes finding the order quicker, but a reply does not wait on it.

What this policy does not override

Two things this policy does not override. If a file is corrupt, fails to download, or is not the product described on the page, that is our problem to fix and we will fix it — by re-sending, replacing or refunding. And where consumer law in your country gives you rights that cannot be waived by a seller, those rights still apply. Payment is processed by Gumroad, which operates its own buyer-protection and dispute rules independently of this policy.
